Custom Models
I already have the model and all the parts needed
You'll be charged £20 per hour spent on us working on your model, plus any additional cost that may incur during the process (such as purchasing blueprints, but not including software licensing costs).
You will need to arrange delivery at your own cost to have the model and parts delivered to us. Once the work is completed, your models will be delivered to you for free.
I don't have everything yet
We'll acquire the models and parts needed on your behalf. You will be informed which models and parts we intend to use. The cost of acquiring models and parts will be added to the amount payable by you.
In addition, you'll be charged £20 per hour spent on us working on your model, plus any additional cost that may incur during the process (such as purchasing blueprints, but not including software licensing costs).
Custom Decals
I already have the design in AI/CDR format
That's simple. We charge £5 each A4 sheet to print your design.
I already have the design, but it is in another format such as PDF/PSD
That will incur an extra £10 to prepare your design for the printer, and £5 per A4 sheet printed.
I don't have the design yet, or my design is in a format such as JPG/PNG that needs additional work
Don't worry, we are still happy to work with you. The cost will be £20 per hour spent on designing the graphics, plus any additional cost that may incur during the process (such as purchasing blueprints, but not including software licensing costs). Again, £5 per A4 sheet is charged for each A4 sheet printed.
Depending on the complexity, work may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to complete.
We may be able reduce the hour cost to £12 per hour if you are happy for us to reuse the work done on future products.
Despite our best effort, we do not guarantee a 100% accuracy on any works. We are unable to honour any requests to further modify the work.
The customer will be liable to ensure that appropriate licensing is in place.
You will be provided a cost estimate and asked to pay the full amount upon confirming your order. Final cost may be adjusted by up to 20% and adjustments are payable by us or you at the time of work completion.
